hi, I’m Angie. Thank you for being here.

I am a Canadian Certified Counselor and a licensed Counseling Therapist who supports individuals and couples seeking a deeper connection to themselves and to each other. Whether you're seeking personal growth or strengthening your relationship, I am here to assist you on your journey to a more fulfilling, value-driven, and healthier life. My approach is centered on fostering compassion, curiosity, confidence, courage, and the clarity of aligning to Self.

I use a casual and flexible therapeutic approach grounded in research. I also believe in the power of laughter and real talk. By integrating these elements, I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel at ease and empowered to engage in meaningful self-discovery and growth.

Together we can understand the different parts of you: your feelings, values, patterns, the meaning of your experiences, what has you stuck, and the stories your experiences have created.

I am grateful for my journey through marriage, divorce, and the process of starting over in middle age. These challenges have gifted me with valuable qualities like compassion, accountability, empathy, and a deeper understanding of myself. My personal experiences have shaped my perspective and enriched my ability to support others on their own paths to growth and fulfillment.

I am honored to connect with you.
